About Me

I have been practicing massage since 2000 (starting in Virginia), and since 2003 hold a current Licence (LMBT #4403) in North Carolina. I am an Approved Provider of Continuing Education through NCBTMB, taught at the AMTA National Convention in 2015, and teach currently at local and state level AMTA conventions. I am Program Director of Therapeutic Massage at Guilford Technical Community College. I am a Certified Massage and Bodywork Educator through AFMTE (CMBE #05), and I am Board Certified (BCTMB) by NCBTMB. 

My focus is in medical massage, which means most of my clients come to me seeking relief from the pain and suffering which accompanies medical problems, pathologies, injuries, and the complications which arise from them.

The techniques I use include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Internal Muscle Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Paranasal Sinus Drainage, Cranial/Sacral techniques, Mobility Enhancement Therapy, and a variety of energetic and holistic modalities.
